COMMITTEES RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for interviewing and presentation to the Town Committee of candidates for vacancies in elective and appointed municipal offices. Nominate candidates for membership to the Town Committee.

Shall propose, develop and manage the fund raising activities. And to promote activities that raise funds to support the election of Town Committee endorsed candidates.

Finance

Prepare Annual Budget for approval by the Town Committee

Review and update document

Voter Registration

Work with the Registrar of voters to develop programs to get as many voters as possible to register as Republicans in Brookfield

Publicity and Public Affairs

Shall be responsible for all information released to the public by the Republican Town Committee

Election HQ

Assist in the operation of the Election HQ for the November elections

Audit

Conduct a review of all transactions to verify that the Treasurer’s books have been accurately maintained on a Monthly basis

Send get well cards to fellow republicans
